Neeraj Chopra gets married: How much did double Olympic medallist's brand value increase after Paris Olympics 2024?

Olympic medallist and javelin star Neeraj Chopra announced his marriage to Himani Mor on Sunday (January 19). The two-time Olympic medalist shared the news on social media and posted heartfelt photos from their intimate wedding ceremony and a touching message: "I began this new chapter of life with my family. Grateful for every blessing that brought us to this moment together. Bound by love, happily ever after."

Himani Mor hails from Haryana and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Sports Management in the USA. She has a background in tennis and has served as an assistant coach at Franklin Pierce University while managing the women's tennis team at Amherst College.

The couple's wedding took place in India with close family and friends present. Neeraj’s uncle confirmed that they have since left for their honeymoon. 

Neeraj Chopra made history by winning a silver medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics. This achievement marked him as the first Indian athlete in track and field to secure medals in two consecutive Summer Olympic Games, solidifying his legacy in Indian sports.

While he couldn't replicate his gold medal success from the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Neeraj's impressive throw of 89.45 meters, which was his best performance of the season, earned him the silver in Paris.

In addition to his athletic achievements, Neeraj's remarkable performances have significantly enhanced his brand value, making him a highly sought-after ambassador for various top brands.
