1. Hydrate Dry Lips 

Dry, cracked lips are a common issue, especially in colder months. Dr Adel recommends using glycolic acid, hyaluronic acid, and a thick moisturiser to keep your lips soft and hydrated. Gently exfoliate your lips with glycolic acid, then apply a few drops of hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture. Finish with a thick moisturiser to keep your lips smooth and plump. She suggests doing this one or two times a week.

2. Use Overnight Collagen Masks for Glowing Skin

To keep your skin looking fresh and hydrated, Dr Adel suggests adding overnight collagen masks to your skincare routine. These masks help hydrate and smooth your skin while you sleep, leaving you with a glowing complexion in the morning. Since collagen production decreases with age, using these masks can help keep your skin looking youthful.

3. Blow Dry Your Hair Instead of Air Drying

While air drying hair is a popular option, Dr Adel believes blow drying is better for your hair. Blow drying helps reduce greasiness, dandruff, and breakage. A damp scalp can also be a breeding ground for fungal infections, which can lead to hair loss. Dr Adel advises always drying your hair after washing to keep your scalp and hair healthy.

4. Use Barrier Cream at Night for Dewy Skin

For healthy, glowing skin, Dr Adel recommends applying a thick moisturiser or barrier cream at night. This helps lock in moisture and creates a protective layer on your skin. When you wake up, your skin will be hydrated and dewy, giving you a fresh start to your day.
